Are you looking to improve your health one step at a time? Are you not sure exactly what you should eat or what is considered a healthy food choice? Small Changes, Healthy Habits, is a four-part program to help adults improve their health and nutrition through small changes! Any habit begins with small changes. This program shows you how to make small changes throughout your day to lead to lifelong healthy habits.

Session 2: Pantry Makeover 2/8
Session 3: Grocery Store Tour 2/15
Session 4: Cooking and Knife Skills 2/22
This program is free and open to the public. Registration is required, and signing up for this event will register you for all four sessions. If you cannot attend any one of the sessions, please contact us. This program is designed for adults.
