School group of Patrons will experience a Planetarium Show and a craft/ coloring sheets and movie with Childrens Programmers. 

Silver Sneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of motion for daily life activities.

Non-members and beginners are welcome.

Silver Sneakers Chair Yoga will move your whole body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase balance, flexibility, and range of movement.
