Our Children's Storytime introduces the love of books and reading to young children ages 0 to 5 years.

Stories, music, rhymes, and fingerplays are used to encourage children to discover and explore the world around them.

Themes change weekly and play activities follow.

Join us for a special storytime in collaboration with the Lafon Performing Arts Center and inspired by the show Lightwire Theatre's Very Electric Christmas!

Read along with us, enjoy hot chocolate and cookies, complete a craft, and get in the holiday spirit before you stop by the Lafon Center to enjoy the show! This program is open to everyone, no tickets required.

About Lightwire Theatre’s Very Electric Christmas:

Follow the story of a young bird, named Max and his family, as they begin their journey south for the winter. When Max gets blown off course and ends up at the North Pole…his adventure begins! Dancing toy soldiers, caroling worms, and performing poinsettias light up the stage in Lightwire Theater’s A Very Electric Christmas.
