TOPAZ
- TOPAZ is a desktop video magnifier equipped with a camera that allows users to magnify materials and objects.
- TOPAZ is only available at our East Regional Library
Talking Book and Braille Library (State Library of Louisiana)
- A free service for Louisiana residents of all ages who are unable to read standard print materials due to a visual impairment, physical disability, or a reading disability.
- Materials include big books, Braille books, cassette books, descriptive videos, digital books, large print books, and magazines.
